Is there a thread for great service? Happi-Jack is my vote for great service. I had a problem with my slide-out. The second person I spoke to, right after the receptionist, was a tech. He understood exactly what I was describing and mailed me the part AND a return shipping label prepaid for the old part. Never charged me a dime. He gave me his direct phone # too. I called to tell him I got the part, again when I got the thing working, and one final time to tell him the bad part is on it's way back to him. I could have been anybody claiming my case since I had no proof I even owned or purchased the remote control or parts he sent. He trusted me and that was all.
I had called Lance, the camper manufacturer, but they told me I had to take my camper to the authorized dealer, who in turn told me they would need my camper for at least two weeks to troubleshoot, order, replace parts and test. Lance of course had the part I needed, but said they would not even SELL me the part. Fortunately the Lance manual had the name and phone # of the supplier, Happi-jack.
This guy from happy-jack is gonna get a Christmas card this year from me!!
