DirecTV gets my vote. We didn't have time to properly research TV service and just went with them. What a mistake. Latest issue - I was transferred to NINE different "customer service" reps and the issue still is not resolved. HATE them. Saving now to buy out our contract at the end of the summer. Must have pages and pages of "notes" about me as it takes them a while to read through and decide to be smarmy-nice in hopes that I won't yell at them out of frustration - first rep gets my "nice" - ninth rep not so much.
