Cast your vote for the WORST customer service
This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

Maybe good sam sold them the policy.
Good Sam told them to contact their Insurance Company, which they did. Kinda leads me to believe that their Insurance wasn't through Good Sam.
