This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

I would second this. We recently took delivery of a toy hauler and four trips to Guaranty Service Center regarding an electrical issue couldn't be diagnosed & repaired. Took it to a closer service center and they figured it out and repaired it in two hours. Then Guaranty gets rude with me when I told them I was taking my service business elsewhere.
