This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

Had $3,000 repair work with them and nothing got done. Bolts missing, hinges not lined up, locks not repaired. Had one side paneling missing that wasn't even on list for repair missing. Insurance notified I would not pick up rig in the condition it is, its the exact condition as I left it with them. A week later they got it done but I didn't sign off on it untl I inspected every last job. Replacing panel, locks etc. And in working order. One other time I tried to get customer service for quote on job. Waited for clerk for 40 minutes. All because I thought they were busy . No one came to window after I inquired 3 times about waiting for service quote. I finally left area. I still won't go back to them for anything, certainly not to buy any rig from them ever.
