This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

I am surprised to hear about customer service with Direct, have had a couple problems over the years been with them 13. The problems we did have were mostly corrected over the phone. Our dish got bad, they were out very quickly, and replaced with a new one at no charge. IMO some people experience bad customer service with about everyone they deal with . A few of the companies mentioned on this thread I have dealt with, and have no complaints about.
