Maybe a little less YELLING might help, have had Direct for 13 years, not a problem, we take one of our receivers with us in the fifth wheel, and never had a problem. Basically you either have reception or you don't, never had that problem, next the receivers got a problem or they don't, next would probably be not getting all the channels, never had that problem. Always wonder when I read a reply such as yours what could possibly be the problem that is that bad .
