Royal Caribbean's Visa Card led us to misery. After accumulating enough points for a free 7 day cruise then calling to cash in, we were told the points were already redeemed!
They were not.
RC or Visa could not provide any documentation that we had redeemed the points, saying we must have received the "coupons" then forgot to use them!!
They keep documentation now, but a few years ago they did not. Neither RC or Visa would restore our rightfully earned and unredeemed points.
