I didn't know customer service could really be this bad. Bought a new Outback 298re from Primeaux RV in Carencro, La. Went back a few weeks later for minor warranty work and some body work that had nothing to do with warranty. Had to get globe on light replaced, door lock repaired, molding reattached, cabinet door realigned, all under warranty. They repaired the lock, aligned the door, aok. Then they charged me $25.00 not to repair but to tell me the globe was broken, $25.00 to tell me the molding was loose, $100.00 to tell me they would give me an estimate on the body work and would be glad to do it if we left a credit card, and of course a $30,000.00 coach. After complaining quite aggressively, they assured me they "don't work for free". I called Keystone and they told me to fax a copy of the invoice and it would take 48-72 hours to investigate. Ok. Within 2 hours, Primeaux called back offering a full refund on all charges. Go Keystone! Get this!, we can still do your body work if you just give us a $1000.00 deposit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
