Cast your vote for the WORST customer service
This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

They were not.
RC or Visa could not provide any documentation that we had redeemed the points, saying we must have received the "coupons" then forgot to use them!!
They keep documentation now, but a few years ago they did not. Neither RC or Visa would restore our rightfully earned and unredeemed points.
Not worth legal help?
