CB or Ham Radio good to get in contact to other RVers?

Unless the RVer you are going to attempt to communicate with is in your group, chances are: You'll never make contact with another RVer.
RVers just don't use the CBs anymore. As to the ham radio??? There is an even greater failure rate.
Haven't used my CB in over 6 years. Took two years to get it to sink in that nobody but truckers swearing to each other is the only thing you hear.

Just another perspective---
I have heard worse swearing on a daily basis from students at our local High Schools!!!!!!:)
