How would this in any way affect a snowbird assuming you are following the rules. I can't think of a single scenario where this could in any way affect me...or anyone else for that matter. I think they are looking for people who are illegally collecting unemployment or maybe people who have moved out of the country. Can't see how it would affect a snowbird.
