Anyone have knowledge of the CEN-TECH 3 in 1 jump starter? $40 at Harbor Freight. Is it reliable and worth it?

If you bought the 12V HF pump with the stainless steel housing, you got a good one. Mine is over 5 yrs old and runs like a top. It's moved thousands of gallons of water.
