I've seen them in PA and WV state parks. The ones I've seen are not anywhere near the campgrounds. At Blackwater Falls WV they are at the lodge 2 miles or so away from the campground. I guess if you have the time to go to them and wait around while charging they're great. Not a lot to do at the Blackwater Falls lodge though. Hike a trail or have an overpriced dinner that is basically low grade dog food. Frozen entrees and veggies from a can.
