Why haven't all the RV parks been shut down that offer 10% off for Good Sam or Seniors or, as Skip always claims, his library card? If you are correct, you should start class action suits against every business in the country, since almost all businesses offer discounts for the exact same services. Stores have sales (discounts off the price someone paid a few days earlier), lodging facilities offer discounts, and on and on. You have a wide open playing field to sue them all and collect buku dollars. I suggest you start at the top, since Bill Gates and Microsoft offer discounts on future windows products if you upgrade from a current version (obviously harming previous non microsoft users) and Warren Buffett's Geico unit offers all sorts of discounts for all sorts of things. Break those two guys and maybe the rest of the world will fall in line. Good luck Don Quixote and your wacky tacky traveling circus.
Price discrimination occurs when a business charges a different price to different groups of consumers for the same good or service, for reasons not associated with costs.
If for instance Ford has their oil change special on for 20 bucks, and they then give a 10% discount if you bought you car there, they would be guilty. If you can prove you paid 10% more for the exact same service , you have a case. I don't care what wpo says.
