Charging extra on service for non-locally purchased RVs

Around here, at least one of the RV dealer/service places apparently has a policy of knocking ~10% off the cost of any parts and/or service work done on an RV *they* sell... and reminding the customer...

There's no law the prevents a seller from offering discounts/spiffs to loyal and/or frequent customers.

Who would want such a law?
We don't need the government fixing the prices of goods and services.

What I pay a seller is between the seller and me.
It's not anyone else's business.
