Chinese Tire maker triangle to build plant in North Carolina

Looks like Chinese tire maker Triangle is going to build a large tire plant in North Carolina. I wonder if more foreign companies will build plants here now the tax rate has been lowered to 21 perc...

They already seem to be making pretty good tires, that’s why they have the market share they do.

I’m not sure why you’d think they’d make, let alone ‘be required’ to make better tires just because they’re made in the US?
