I have a 37 ft class A motor home and am trying to find out if I can tow a small car and a boat and in which states?

We used to do this with a C-Class MH here in New Mexico. I believe Texas is OK as well.
Also depends on the total length of the rig. Front of MH to rear of boat. 60' comes to mind.
