A short motorhome, a short car, and a short boat (on trailer) you may get away under the fed 65' limit. The gotcha is all trailers must have brakes (in some states). There are states with longer then 65', but exceeding it limits where you can tow. You are lucky to a point, you can unhook the car and drive the rv and car separately when needed. Someone driving a truck and rv trailer with a boat behind doesn't have that option.
