Really? Are they supposed to stay in their site 24 hours a day? Maybe they're out exploring in their truck camper or motorhome. I used to camp in a Volkswagen camper and frequently left just a chair or a cooler in my site when I had to go somewhere - and sometimes I would be gone all day.
Sidenote: I made the mistake of leaving some Lynx Levelers in my site once when I drove off in my VW for a few hours. I figured it would save me a few minutes leveling the van when I got back. Sure enough, somebody came by and took them.
