Viability driving is much better in the Class A as you are higher and can see traffic ahead. Also, no overhang to obstruct your sighseeing view as in a class C.
Overall driving difference, to me about the same. Most manufacturers simply do not set up RVs to be the best driving machines. Add ons can help with handling, ie better shocks, sway bars and Steer safe or similar. I know, replacing new shocks should not need to happen but what a difference in ride and handling. Good luck with whatever you decide!
