Why is there a classifieds heading in this forum that does'nt work???

Read the forum rules:
•You may not use the Open Roads Forum for "For Sale" or "Wanted" posts. Solicitations by private/public agencies, or individuals for any cause are also not allowed.
I'm guessing they did allow sales, etc. at one time but, decided it was not a good idea.
