Cleaning TPO roof

Eternabond says to use acetone, or their proprietary cleaner, which is probably acetone, to clean surfaces before applying the tape.

Trailer manufacturer told me to use Dawn detergent.

Soap (Dawn as an example ) and water with a bit of bleach. Medium bristled brush. Should remove first, mildew, any greasy stuff.

Well, the reason I ask is I'm getting my eternabond delivered tomorrow and wanted to get a good seal. I don't think that using Murphy's soap would be a good thing for this particular application

Alpha TPO

Here is Alpha's cleaning guide. I spoke with them by phone when I first got my trailer and customer service suggested Murphy's Oil Soap as it leaves a little oil behind to keep the membrane lubricated.

I would "guess" that it would work fine, but what does the manual recommend?
