Just a reminder to new and uninitiated posters. I close "position wanted" posts as soon as I can because of the nasty people who seem to want to tear these types of topics to shreds. Yesterday was even nastier than normal. I don't know why people have to be this way.Again, I will reiterate...IF YOU DON'T LIKE A POSITION...JUST MOVE ON!!!!!! I don't know how to say it any plainer! Hi Dianne,You do a great job, imho.

It is impossible to ban somebody from the forums. The closest you could get is to ban their username and email address. Blocking an IP address will get you nowhere as there are so many ways to work around this. I hope you find a good solution to curbing the nastiness.Bruce

I appreciate your comments. One thing is certain....this forum will be eliminated if it continues to decline. I will stick it out to the end, tho. Hopefully things will change........

We no longer Workkamp as our lifestyle has changed to a strictly volunteer position. Having done both styles we no longer feel the need of a "regular" job which was the case with our Workkamping positions. Dianne thank you for all you do and I hope this forum continues as I believe it fills a good purpose.

I believe attempts were made to correct the situation on prior occasions and by other means. However, those attempts failed or were thwarted and the problem continued and in fact escalated.

I meant the poster of the job opening. They're assuming that these posts are kept active, not closed.

I think that covers it . I agree the end of civil discussion on these posts is a loss. There was more than ample warnings to those involved. To bad for the rest of us.

Its a shame used to enjoy reading info on workcamping jobs,since we want to work at some in future,also some volunteer jobs also.Liked hearing others views on park or there work expierence there.
