Because they have been deleted before you have a chance to see them. The posts in question are over the top ,stupidly adversarial ,and completely unnessasary and pointless. The end result has been a big drop in job posts here. I would rather read job posts and if I have questions contact the poster privately, than wade through pointless negativity posted by trolls.
