Closed: Workamping topics

I think the moderators despite their diligence and the good service they perform often jump to quickly to delete things. I am not sure what is meant in this context by "Negativity" but I would like to see deletions reserved for Foul Language, Name Calling, Racial, Gender or other slurs etc...but simply being negative? Is that really a reason to delete?

For my part I read this about once a week. I havnt noticed any negativity beyond people expressing their opinions about this job or that job or company. Nothing to get the delete pen out for.
