I'm with Dianne on the needless negativity which lacks specificity, and really adds nothing to the discussion. Specific negative comments however can serve multiple purposes and can be quite useful. Two purposes that come immediately to mind: First, warn off or prevent another from the same experience. Second possibly improve matters by causing an adjustment in working conditions or management behavior.
Not all comments in here were negative either. Complimentary notes I'm sure were greatly appreciated by which ever establishment was being mentioned and serve well for us who may be looking in the area for possibilities.
I'm really not a fan of the shotgun corrective action, preferring specific consequences for specific actions, but I do understand the magnitude of the job Dianne has. Perhaps this can be revisited at a later date?
