I closed off the ends of both my ceiling ac and floor heat duct runs and it made a very noticeable improvement in air flow. I used cardboard cut to fit and foil tape to seal and hold in place.
I also removed each vent and sealed from duct to ceiling.
I also partially sealed the duct leading to the last duct in the LR to allow more flow into the BR. All this improved the overall cooling of the TT.
I had one 15K A/C to cool a 35' TT. It needed all the help it could get.
