Closing duct runs that run past last vent

Cale, our opening is about 4 3/4". I think this vent is too small at 4 1/4". The 8840 aireport seems to be the right size.
I will give it a shot....the outside of the vent is something like 6.5 inches, so the screw holes may work...I can make a sleeve insert that can take up the slack. I will let you know.
