Coach-Net SO Frustrating / Good Sam Here I Come

I've had Coach Net for years with no problem; I've only used them once in 9 yrs and they were very prompt and did the job. I don't renew by email but go over any service changes when they send renewal papers in the mail. I pick my coverage, send a check, they send new member cards and so it goes.
