Coach-Net SO Frustrating / Good Sam Here I Come

Well, I had a similar experience to the OP. The levels of service are confusing, so I sent them an email asking a question and the response was, thanks for contacting us with your question. Please call us and we'll give you an answer.
according to their comparison, to cover a towed trailer you need the premier plan. But when I called, she said no, just the basic plan will do.

I'm still gonna use them though because everyone I talk to says they are good, and thats what counts.
