I've experienced nothing but fantastic service from CN, both on the website, telephone and towing experiences. While all the services farm out to local tow operators, I believe you will find, if you search, that there have been plenty of folks that have had horrible experiences with Good Sam as well. In fact, I have seen many more complaints over the years concerning GS's service than I have Cn's. Just my 0.02 cents worth.
