Just had the need to call Coach-Net yesterday for the first time ever.... Overall had a positive experience with the tow results as they were on site within 30 mins and truck was back on the road in about 65 mins.
A slight confusion for me (and frustration) was one of the first questions - Where do you want it towed to???
Ok well I am 400+ miles from home, don't know the area really. I only know I am F350 with 41' 5ver and lost a brake caliper. Can you recommend a location? Well there is a ford dealer - but you have to call them first to make sure it's ok.
Now we were in a location that I could move the 5ver off the road and disconnect (they could not find a tow truck big enough) and then I had to find a location to have repair. I thought they were supposed to have a network of locations that they know of to help?
