Sounds to me like the "Renew" page has not been renewed to reflect the difference in names. I tried to go to the renew page, but of course was met with the need of a membership ID number which I don't have. But that's basically what it sounds like to me.

Sounds like that no matter which company (Coachnet or GSERS), there are those that will not have a completely satisfactory experience.
