I have no idea why there is such a swing in opinions on Coach-Net. I joined them based on this Forum. The one time I needed them it was 90 degrees outside with the same humidity and I was on the side of the road with locked up brakes.
I too had to wait before I got someone from Coach-Net. Then they told me it would be awhile before help would get there. I got so frustrated with them that I unhooked the toad and found help myself.
Using their trip planning service is a joke also. Just a bunch of stuff you can get from any travel plaza all tossed into a box and mailed out weeks later.
