Re businesses attracting customers with charging stations: it just makes sense. If an electric vehicle owner has a choice of shopping at two malls, one with a charge centre and one that doesn't, they will probably choose the one with. We look at charging as a concurrent activity. Just a convenience. Kinda like choosing a gas station with a good coffee machine for you gas or diesel burners. :)
