I found a drip coffee maker with a lined metal carafe at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Also a double walled, insulated 18oz. Tervis Tumbler and lid at the same place. If fits in the cup holder in the cab and keeps the coffee hot for a long time. Unfortunately, I no longer hold 18 oz. of coffee without a pit stop.
