We also have a Keurig Mini. We used to use a small Mr. Coffee but found the Keurig mini to be more versatile for our needs. We still keep our old non-electric peculator in the trailer. Get a couple of refillable k-cups and use good quality coffee from your favorite coffee roaster.
We love our Keurig but its not the "best" coffee. Its really good though. The best still comes from coffee shops that roast their own beans. The best coffee I've ever had that didn't come from a coffee shop was from a percolator. But its takes a long time and is kind of a pain.
