To add to this, beyond stowing & picking (which are both jobs that require a lot of walking) we also have receiving & packing. Receiving is logging in merchandise from the trucks, checking for damage & prepping for stowing. Packing is taking the products ordered & putting them in packages & sending out. We occasionally use campers for gift wrap too.
We try to on-board people on the date they tell us the are available - once a specific date's training is filled, that date will close out. We generally do this on a first come, first serve basis.
