With our camper we have only had problems when the outside air temp fell below 32 degrees for days at a time. Even then it was a frozen water pump which recovered once we had a couple days in the 40's.
Your camper's battery capacity is likely to suffer from the cold as well but unless you are at a campground or park without shore power that will not be a problem. An electric space heater and an electric blanket for the bed will help with your propane consumption and if you are already paying for power at the campground you might as well make the most of it.
