Measure distance for center of king pin to outside edge of 5vr
Then using that measurement, measure from center of hitch to back of truck cab.
Set hitch where you will not whack back window/cab....closer to over the center line of rear axle.
With the 'scoops' on Reflection nose cap you should have room
