There should be a disclaimer at the beginning of every tire thread:
The diehard ST folks are going to dig in, and nothing anybody will say is going to convince them otherwise.
The LT folks are going to dig in and defend their position just as strongly.
Many of the undecided and new folks are likely just going to be confused by it all, but there is at least "some" hope that the newbies and undecided will feel compelled to research the subject in various places. Take heart all you undecided, there really is good, solid information out there, if you dig far enough and approach it with an open mind.
