I believe Carlisle is playing a little marketing game with the Radial RH and the bass boat guys. No speed rating, go the speed limit. Then puts out info saying most ST tires carry a 65 mph restriction, and goes on the recommend one only towns 60 mph. I wonder if Carlisle looks at things like this http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_limits_in_the_United_States or this http://towingworld.com/towinglaws.cfm
So many states allow 75 mph towing. Has anyone looked closely at the Radial RH and verified that it does not include the standard 65 limit that is on most ST tires? If it is not there, it just shows even more that ST live it a very loosely regulated nitch, below the government radar so to speak.
