In FKs link you can see they have IDed the load capacity as 100D. The Load index 100 for the subject tire is 1760#. LRC for the subject tire is 1760#. For ST tires both D & B will ID them as being bias tires. However, Carlisle does not use the B identifier for their bias ST tires.
Anyhow, it's just an advertisement and TOs are common there.
