Pretty simple. Lower testing standards, operate below the radar, and speed restrictions. I believe these have been cover several times in 11 pages.
The question I have is how the Carlisle Radial RH can operate above 65 mph without additional inflation like the GY Marathon. I have asked several times for those using them to verify that they are not marked with max speed 65 mph, and no one ever answers that question. Guess when I get home from Maui I will have to go find a retailer and look myself. Chris
