Establish residence in Wyoming.
Low sales tax, no income tax, reasonable registration fees.
Or, establish residence in Montana. Yes, we have an income tax, but it isn't all that bad. Get an 11 year old motorhome, or an 11 year old truck and a trailer. All vehicles in Montana that are 11 years old or older can get PERMANENT registration. Renewal is NEVER required as long as you own it. ALL trailers, ALL boats, and ALL motorcycles (including street legal ATV/UTVs) can also have PERMANENT registration.
My coach, truck, ATVs, boat, and 2 trailers are all permanently registered. Next year the car will be. It is quite literally wonderful!
Forget about purchasing a RV. Purchase a residence in Fl. You get to enjoy the weather, tax savings, and also have the money the RV and LLC. would have cost. I did and it works great.
