No where did I see that you were planning on changing your state of domicile, just that you wanted to get out of paying the taxes where you live. Some people don't like that, they think that if you live somewhere you should pay your share. Perhaps you should have been a bit clearer about wanting to move from Florida to Montana. I know I was under the impression that you wanted to live in Florida but wanted to avoid paying the taxes by using a Montana LLC.
Anytime you post something to an online forum you can't always tell how people will react to your post. Perhaps you should have explained your situation a bit more clearly from the beginning.
