Thank you for your responses. Firstly I would like to apologize for the lack of paragraphs due to the fact that I am trying to type this on my phone which does not cooperate too well so I'm always just trying to get it all out quickly and my eyesight is not what it used to be so I do apologize for that.
I'm a little surprised and offended by some of your responses. For the past 6 months or more I've spent countless hours reading and deciphering these forums and books and articles discussing RV full timing and how to reduce your tax load and how to reduce your tax responsibility when purchasing your RV. I figured after reading so many articles and published books on the subject that it was quite common practice for would be full time RVers to research and find a new state of domicile in order to lessen their tax burden. I'm sorry, am I mistaken and completely wrong?
I am the wife of a retired naval officer, 23+ years service. We have three children all currently serving in the military and a son in law serving too. I have worked and paid taxes my entire adult life as has my husband, Not that that's really any of your business. But to accuse me of being a tax evader is astonishing and I find it outrageous that you allow such personal attacks on this forum to people who are looking to you for knowledge. I have read that those who are making the most of their tax situation, ie, lessening their tax requirements are those who are better informed, it is not tax Evading but being smart and educated.
This is the first time I have reached out to one of these forums for advice and guidance. I certainly will not be contacting this forum again. This is not what I was expecting from you.

I agree this is becoming more common here! people getting upset because someone is doing something they have not looked into themselves!
OP. good luck in getting things setup. once done I have heard it is a very good way to go. nothing wrong with doing it, especially considering there were laws written to allow it.
