Remember, the only state that will care how your RV is registered is the state where you have your legal residence. If that state is Florida, they will never know you have a Montana LLC licensed RV if you never take it into Florida. If you get pulled over in Louisiana and are a Florida resident with a Montana LLC licensed RV, they don't care, they will ticket you for whatever violation caused that traffic stop and you will be back on the road.
Where the crackdown occurs is when you blatantly park your LLC licensed motorhome at your residence. Someone will eventually sniff that out. It might by the tax assessor's office while they are out surveying properties. It might be you neighbor upset you are avoiding taxes they pay. You might get turned in by a co-worker who is upset you ate the last donut at the morning staff meeting.
I know many people who own RVs that never, ever grace the pavement of their home state. That is the situation where LLCs make the most sense.
