considering Florida residence with Montana llc

It doesn't take a "professional" to know that IF one KNOWS the laws, COMPLIES with the laws, and DOCUMENTS the fact that they, in fact COMPLIED with the laws, one will have no trouble with THE LAW!
Again, it really IS just that simple!
It also applies to nearly every facet of modern life, not just having an LLC!
